Skylar Robinson PittRace Preview
It's been a pretty tough first half of the year for me in the F1600 Championship Series.
We've been in a position to win multiple times, but the cards haven't quite fallen our way. It's been frustrating at times, but I'm sure when we do get that win, it'll be that much sweeter.
The K-Hill Motorsports team and I will be heading to the Pittsburgh International Race Complex this weekend. We currently sit 2nd in points after drops, and have a shot at the championship despite missing two races at Road Atlanta due to a circumstance outside of my control. It's a long shot, but we need some luck which we really haven't had much of this year.
Last year here at Pitt Race, we had two good runs in the F2000 car. I'll be looking for more of the same this year, even though they have added a brand new extension to the track which will completely change the complexion of the circuit.
We will be pushing hard!
