Speedway, IN - Across two Atlantic Championship Series qualifying sessions, Peter Portante posted the fastest lap to take pole at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The K-Hill Motorsports driver barely edged David Grant, who starts second and was just .029 seconds off Portante's time. Keith Grant will line up third, .066 seconds off pole in a close field.
