Mid-Ohio Fines & Penalties

Formula Race Promotions Officials have issued the following penalties/fines after the Mid-Ohio event.

Penalties

July 2, 2016 – F1600 Race 2
Car # 81
On the back straight approaching the starters stand car # 82 moved to the right, out from behind car # 81.

Car # 81 then moved in front of # 82 in a blocking maneuver. This was observed directly by a corner worker and a Series Official, and is backed up by video evidence.

This is in violation of PRR 1.6.17.5.
Car # 81 is penalized as follows:
Loss of 5 championship points.

Tires
F2000 #15 for racing on two undeclared tires during Sunday race -- $50

Atlantic:
#40 no Atlantic series patch -- $50 Fine
#29 no Atlantic series patch -- $50 Fine

F2000
#44 no Series patches & competing logo patch (USF2000 & Cooper tires) - $50

F1600
