McCusker Beats LaRue for Pole

Lexington, OH - After trading fast laps back and forth, it was Austin McCusker taking the F2000 Championship Series pole for race one of the Mid-Ohio weekend over John LaRue. McCusker delivered a lap at 1:24.322 in the ADSA/Wright Racing Van Diemen/Mazda to beat LaRue just by .025 seconds. Brandon Dixon, Rob Allaer and Steve Jenks completed the top five. Full results.
