K-Hill Motorsports is pleased to announce the addition of 2-time F2000 Championship winning engineer, Eric Langbein to their already successful F1600 program.

This past year, K-Hill drivers Skylar Robinson and Austin Mack took 4 wins home for the Pennsylvania based operation, with Robinson claiming 3 in the latter half of the year and Mack scoring one at the fast and flowing Watkins Glen circuit.  Both drivers were also able to amass numerous podiums and pole positions throughout the year, aiding Robinson to 2nd in the championship and Mack to 4th in his rookie season and a Team USA Scholarship nomination.

Langbein will play a critical role as the lead engineer of K-Hill Motorsports F1600 program.  With years of experience working in the junior formulas for teams such as Andersen-Walko Racing in addition to racing himself, Eric serves as a knowledgable and relatable resource for young driver’s looking to move up the motorsports ladder.

“I’ve known Kris for about 20 years, and I’m looking forward to working with he and K-Hill Motorsports this upcoming season.  The competition in the F1600 Series is second-to-none, and K-Hill proved last year with Skylar Robinson and Austin Mack that they could consistently run up front and win races.  My goal for this upcoming year is to help the drivers and team improve on last year’s performance”, Langbein commented.

“Having Eric come onboard for next year is going to be a huge asset to our 1600 program.  We are looking to have a three to four car program, and with Eric’s knowledge and skill, I’m confident we’ll come back even stronger”, team principle Kris Kaiser said.
