Jake and Axel LeRoy Join K-Hill Motorsports’ 2026 FRP F1600 Campaign

K-Hill Motorsports is proud to announce that the brother duo of Jake and Axel LeRoy will join the team’s Formula Race Promotion (FRP) lineup for the 2026 season. The LeRoys make the transition from other forms of motorsports and will now continue their progression in open-wheel racing, beginning with K-Hill Motorsports’ F1600 program.

“I’m excited to be a part of K-Hill’s FRP series,” commented Jake LeRoy. “I heard about this program through some other drivers, and they had nothing but great things to say about K-Hill Motorsports and the FRP program. More importantly, I am excited to be racing alongside my brother and can’t wait for an eventful season.”
“I am excited to race in a more competitive class with higher stakes,” explained Axel LeRoy. “This is the beginning of my transition to circuit racing, and my long-term goal is to hopefully reach formula racing, GT3, or LMP-type competition in the future. I joined this team because I have only heard good comments about K-Hill, and the mechanics are very informative, helpful, and considerate.”
K-Hill Motorsports Team Owner Brandi Kaiser added, “Jake and Axel will be great additions to the K-Hill Motorsports lineup. Together, they bring a strong work ethic and a lot of potential. After their performance in testing at Sebring, we’re confident in what the duo can bring to the team and are excited to start the 2026 season together.”

The LeRoys racing background is rooted in dirt, where they began competing in multiple racing series alongside a karting program. Their steady development and passion for competition have propelled them through the ranks, and 2026 marks their next major step as they enter FRP competition with K-Hill Motorsports.
Jake and Axel LeRoy recently completed a successful two-day test with the team at Sebring International Raceway on January 20–21, 2026, and will bring their championship efforts to the FRP F1600 Championship. While the test produced strong results and confirmed the fit between driver and team heading into the upcoming season, it was also confirmed that Axel will pilot the #75 K-Hill Motorsports entry with Jake behind the wheel of the #03 machine.
Jake and Axel LeRoy and K-Hill Motorsports are fully focused on preparations for the 2026 Formula Race Promotion season, which kicks off March 12–15 at the world-famous Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
