Formula Race Promotions Set for Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Weekend

Formula Race Promotions (FRP) is set to continue its 2026 season this weekend at the legendary Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. With a rich history, Mid-Ohio provides a demanding challenge for drivers and teams across all FRP categories as the championship fight continues into another crucial race weekend.

With the event quickly approaching, listed below are the “Need to Knows” to help competitors, crew members, families, and fans prepare for the trip to one of North America’s most iconic road courses.

Registration remains open for the Mid-Ohio event, and teams are encouraged to complete the process as soon as possible to finalize their participation for the weekend.

The weekend will once again feature FRP’s competitive run groups, including:

• F1600 / F1600 Masters
• F2000
• Atlantic 016 / Atlantic Open
• CCS - FV
• VS2000
• FFCS

In addition to the on-track competition, FRP encourages all attendees to stay connected throughout the weekend by following the series on social media for event reminders, schedule updates, behind-the-scenes content, and race highlights.
