Burkett Takes Pole Once Again at Mid-Ohio

Lexington, OH – Daniel Burkett, driver of the Swift 016 #4 K-Hill Motorsports car, secured his second pole position of the Mid-Ohio race weekend. Burkett set the fastest time in Sunday’s session with a 1:16.998, which was a few tenths off his record setting time from Saturday’s qualifying session. Starting next to him on the grid will be Ethan Ringel, of COMPREP, who stood on the podium with Burkett on Saturday. Starting third in Sunday’s race is Jimmy Simpson, driving the Orange and White Atlantic Creations car. Simpson took the win on Saturday’s race, by getting a good start from second. We shall see what he can do from third. Ringel’s COMPREP teammate, Matt Miller, will be starting 4th, with Richard Zober of Comprent Motorsports starting 5th.
