F1600 newcomer Cameron Das was sixth in his debut practice, driving the No. 12 K-Hill Mygale/Honda. The third K-Hill entry, the No. 79 for Championship contender Skylar Robinson, was seventh.

Robert Megennis was eighth overall, with Masters Class racers Art Foster and Steve Bamford ninth and 10th, respectively.

Andrews was second by over two tenths of a second, with Auriemma showing another strong performance, just .025 seconds back with hate third fastest lap. Pelfrey teammates Megennis and Cane were fourth and fifth.

Mack slipped from his morning showing, sixth overall, with McGregor in seventh and Will Harvey improving to eighth for Chastain Motorsports. Das was ninth in the third K-Hill car while Andrew Hobbs rounded out the top 10 in the No. 83 Team Pelfrey Mygale/Honda.
